Mmmmaven Project Graduation Party! [Tues 8/5]

It’s time to send another class of DJs out into the scene!

Tuesday, August 5th, Mmmmaven will graduate yet another class of artists to join ranks with Boston’s finest DJs. For two months, these students have been giving it all they’ve got with instructors Charles Mazzola, Damian Silva, & Ali Berger. They’ve learned the tricks of the mix, now all they need is an audience.

We welcome 10 new DJs into the community with a special party at Middlesex Lounge. Come show your support and they’ll show you a good time.

Mmmmaven is extremely excited to announce our new partnership with RISE Club – Boston which will make seeing live music significantly easier on your wallet. If you’re a graduate of Mmmmaven you have the opportunity to get a FREE membership to RISE. All you have to do is:

1. Take a picture of yourself with your Mmmmaven diploma.

2. Show it at the door when you arrive at RISE.

That’s it. With a RISE membership you get huge discounts on RISE events like this week’s MAKE IT NEW takeover with Mmmmaven instructors Charles Mazzola & Baltimoroder, which would typically cost non-members $20. But if you show a picture of your Mmmmaven diploma at the door, you only pay $10.

Charles Mazzola joins Mmmmaven Agency

The Mmmmaven Agency is pleased to announce Boston-based DJ Charles Mazzola as its newest signing for 2014.

Charles Mazzola got his start in New York, no rx studying audio engineering while DJing on the side and organizing parties in Brooklyn’s rapidly expanding warehouse scene. He later migrated to Boston, viagra dosage where he continued to built a reputation with gigs at local parties. His versatile DJ talents, spanning techno, house and disco, earned him quick notoriety.

Mazzola has worked with Mmmmaven and Boston’s Together Festival in the past, both booking and performing at major events across the city alongside huge international talent. He’s currently a producer for Mmmmaven’s weekly #MakeItNew DJ nights at Cambridge’s Middlesex Lounge and occupies a resident DJ spot at Phoenix Landing’s weekly Re:Set Wednesday parties. As a DJ, Mazzola has shared the stage with names including LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy, Soul Clap, Lee Foss, Sian, Falty DL, KON, Maxxi Soundsystem, Dusky, Konrad Black, Fred Falke and more.

Charles Mazzola joins the Mmmmaven Agency’s distinguished roster, which includes local DJs and producers such as Bosq, Ricardo Donoso, Doctor Jeep and Durkin. Mmmmaven is designed to support the burgeoning new music talent sprouting up throughout New England and nationwide.
