Tim Sweeney is a renaissance man of modern music. Through his Beats In Space radio program on WNYU, he has banked over 800 mixes from international DJs and producers, interviewed hundreds and served to promote a phalanx of up-and-comers, legends, and everyone in between.
Yet he’s never played Make It New.
That all ends tonight as the consummate profession brings his encyclopedic knowledge to our booth.
A specialist in archival boogie, disco, and New York house, a guest DJ set from Sweeney is always a delight.
Joining him will be his friend Ivan Berko and our own musical mastermind: Baltimoroder.
