At the heart of any live set is the mixer, and with everything else either flowing into or out of this central hub.
It’s where all the sound is collected to be fit together before going out to the ears of the audience, order the last line of defense for the Artist so to speak.
So how can you go about using one in your live performances? This week we’ll be analyzing the signal flow of analog mixers, and exploring performance techniques using a multichannel mixing board, drum machines, and synthesizers.
